Diese Matten bestehen aus einem polyurethangebundenen Gummigranulat (Recyclingmaterial). Standardabmessungen 5000 * 250 * 8 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Bevor eine Ladung auf die meist sehr rutschige Ladefl\u00e4che gehoben wird, unterlegt man die Fl\u00e4che mit STOBITEX Antirutschmatten. Sie lassen sich mit einem scharfen Messer einfach auf die gew\u00fcnschte L\u00e4nge schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Reibung ist ein Widerstand, den eine Last gegen Lagever\u00e4nderungen aufbringt.<br \/>\nMan unterscheidet hierbei zwischen der sogenannten Haftreibung und der Gleitreibung.<br \/>\nDie Haftreibung ist sehr viel h\u00f6her als die Gleitreibung (denken Sie an einen schweren Karton, den Sie uber den Fu\u00dfboden schieben wollen. Aufgrund der Haftreibung ist zun\u00e4chst mal eine gro\u00dfe Kraft erforderlich, um den Karton zu bewegen. Einmal in Bewegung (Gleitreibung) ist die Kraft zum Weiterschieben des Kartons deutlich geringer).<\/p>\n<p>Die Ladungssicherung orientiert sich deshalb an der Gleitreibung. Zur Beurteilung von Reibungskr\u00e4ften dient die Reibungszahl \u03bc. Diese liegt ohne Antirutschmatte bei 0,2 (Erfahrungswert aus der Industrie).<\/p>\n<p>Die Reibungskraft F entspricht der Gewichtskraft G multipliziert mit dem Faktor \u03bc. F = \u03bc * G. Dies bedeutet, dass eine 100 Kg schwere Last sich mit einer Kraft von 200 N (20 Kg) schieben l\u00e4sst (saubere, rel. glatte Fl\u00e4chen vorausgesetzt). Die Antirutschmatte bewirkt nun eine Erh\u00f6hung dieser Reibungszahl \u03bc. Die Last l\u00e4sst sich also nur mit gr\u00f6\u00dferen Kr\u00e4ften verschieben. Dadurch verringern sich die notwendigen Zurrkr\u00e4fte, oder anders ausgedr\u00fcckt: Bei gleicher Vorspannkraft der Zurrgurte ist die Kraft F (Kraft, die aufgewendet werden muss, um die Ladung zu verrutschen) mit Antirutschmatte h\u00f6her als ohne.
