Material und Eigenschaften entsprechen denen der <strong>STOBITEX - PU Schutzschl\u00e4uche<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>So ist h\u00f6chste Sicherheit beim Heben der G\u00fcter gew\u00e4hrleistet. Die Beschichtung kann f\u00fcr alle Gurtbreiten bis 300 mm erfolgen. Es kann sowohl einseitig als auch beidseitig beschichtet werden. Um einen guten Schnittschutz zu erhalten, sollte die Beschichtungsst\u00e4rke 5 mm nicht unterschreiten. Ein Vorteil der Festbeschichtung liegt darin, da\u00df ein Einsatz des Bandes ohne Schutz nicht m\u00f6glich ist. Das Material ist das gleiche hochwertige PU Elastomer, welches auch f\u00fcr die Schutzschl\u00e4uche Verwendung findet.<\/p>\n<p>Es besteht au\u00dferdem die M\u00f6glichkeit, den empfindlichen Schlaufen- bzw. Hakenbereich zu sch\u00fctzen. So kann bei Schlaufenb\u00e4ndern die Beschichtung bis an das Verst\u00e4rkungsgewebe ausgef\u00fchrt werden. Au\u00dferdem k\u00f6nnen Haken unterschiedlich eingegossen werden:<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00fcgel eingie\u00dfen:<\/strong> Die Schlaufen im B\u00fcgelbereich werden durch eine d\u00fcnne PU Schicht gesch\u00fctzt (Der B\u00fcgel bleibt hierbei jedoch beweglich).<\/p>\n<p><strong>B\u00fcgel starr eingie\u00dfen:<\/strong> wie B\u00fcgel eingie\u00dfen, jedoch kann sich der B\u00fcgel nicht mehr bewegen (wichtig, wenn das Band unter Lasten hindurchgeschoben werden mu\u00df).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"sow-tabs-panel\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"sow-tabs-panel-content\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Folgendes ist zu beachten:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Durch die feste Verbindung der PU Schicht mit dem Gewebe, kann keine Relativbewegung zwischen Schutzschicht und Gurt stattfinden (was bei Einsatz von PU Schutzschl\u00e4uchen gegeben ist). Die Folge ist, da\u00df es zum Auftreten von Anpassungssch\u00fcben beim Hebevorgang kommen kann (die scharfkantige Last \u201everklemmt\u201c sich im Polyurethan und rutscht unkontrolliert in eine andere Position). Bei diesem \u201eRuckvorgang\u201c treten sehr hohe Kr\u00e4fte auf. Das Ansetzen der Last mu\u00df also sehr sorgf\u00e4ltig erfolgen.<\/li>\n<li>Speziell bei stark impr\u00e4gnierten Geweben kommt es vor, da\u00df sich das PU vom Tr\u00e4germaterial l\u00f6st. Dieser Effekt tritt unter Last auf, wobei der Polyestergurt gestreckt wird. Das unterschiedliche Dehnverhalten von PU und Gewebe kann in seltenen F\u00e4llen zu partiellem Abl\u00f6sen f\u00fchren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eine Abhilfe bieten wei\u00dfe Hebeb\u00e4nder, die nur thermofixiert, nicht aber impr\u00e4gniert sind. Nicht unerw\u00e4hnt bleiben sollte, da\u00df ein beidseitig beschichtetes Band hervorragend gegen das Eindringen von Fl\u00fcssigkeiten gesch\u00fctzt ist. Das Polyurethan besitzt au\u00dferdem eine stark rutschhemmende Wirkung (z.B. Transport glatter Rohre etc.). Es ist f\u00fcr besondere Einsatzf\u00e4lle m\u00f6glich, diese Rutschfestigkeit weiter zu erh\u00f6hen (Aufbringen von Gummigranulat oder Holzsp\u00e4nen, Anrauhen der Oberfl\u00e4che, Besch\u00e4umen der Oberfl\u00e4che).<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"sow-tabs-panel\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"sow-tabs-panel-content\" role=\"tabpanel\"
